Our router can be used for anything from cutting out custom signs to routing out letters on any material. The possibilities are endless with this service. If you can think it and design it, then we can route it. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the out come of your project.


Our machine is the Gerber M Turbo Series Router and Cutter.
Materials capable of cutting/routing range from coroplast, signabond, vinyl, econolight, aluminum, steel, alumalite, plexiglas, wood, acrylic, and much more.

Thickness of cut range from materials:
- 4" High density Urithane(HDU)
- .25" Aluminum
- 1" Wood, Acylic, and other rigid materials

All our services are in house. Prices for services do not include artwork. Any Artwork modification that is required beyond basic layouts will require an additional fee. Please note that artwork charges are based on time estimated based on your initial instructions. At times our art fees can actually end up less than originally quoted. However, we do also reserve the right to increase design time based on longer labor times due to extensive changes and rework to your design. It is always good to describe in detail as much as you can what you are looking for. Please supply all files, pictures, sketches, or drawings as this will greatly reduce your projects time in the art dept. In the case of extra design, payment will be due on pickup. Recommended File Formats: High Resolution JPEG, EPS, PNG, PSD, AI, PDF, TIFF

It is recommend that any artwork already be sized for the medium to be printed on or in Vector Format for easy fit with minimal distortion.
